Allan Perel, MD, FAAN

Dr. Perel is Director of Neurology. He is a Board Certified Neurologist and a Fellow of the American Academy of Neurology. He completed his internship at Staten Island Hospital and his residency at Columbia University Presbyterian Hospital-Neurological Institute in NYC. He is Medical Director of the Multiple Sclerosis Center of SI and Founder of SIUH/NYS Department of Health Certified Stroke Center. He also serves as the Director of the American Parkinson’s Disease Information & Referral Center of S.I., and is Chief of Neurology at Richmond University Medical Center (RUMC). Dr. Perel is listed among Cambridge Who’s Who Among Professional Specialty Physicians.
