Benjeil Edghill, MD

Dr. Benjeil Edghill was born and raised in Brooklyn, New York. He was drawn early to a career in Ophthalmology after watching his great-grandmother succumb to blindness from glaucoma. He completed his residency at Downstate Medical Center and his Glaucoma Fellowship at Duke University. Dr. Edghill is a Board Certified Comprehensive Eye Surgeon and a Glaucoma Specialist. He has received many awards during his career and has been involved in numerous research publications. Dr. Edghill has been a guest speaker at the National Medical Association in Atlanta, Georgia and at the Annual Duke University Glaucoma Symposium. He is most proud of his children, and his happy marriage to Mary Ann, who is a Pediatrician at SIPP.
