    PULMONOLOGIST - Dr. Frank L. Acerra is Board Certified in respiratory disorders with immediate appointment availability.

    PHARMACIST - available at each asthma management session to help you learn how to take your medication, especially when there are more than one medication.

    RESPIRATORY THERAPIST - will test the function of your lungs with a Pulmonary Function Test (PFT).

    REGISTERED NURSE - will coordinate your care through the program, and assist you with daily lifestyle changes.

    SOCIAL WORKER - will link you with other community resources that may be of help to you.

    CARE NAVIGATOR - will help steer you through insurance bureaucracy making sure any home equipment reaches you quickly.

    SMOKING CESSATION PROGRAM - can help you kick the habit if you are a smoker.
